Founded in 1991 by CEO Michael Liu, the firm specializes in advising corporate, institutional, and private ultra-high net worth clientele who are seeking to acquire, lease or develop luxury residential and commercial properties.

Zackary Wright, executive director of Christie’s International Real Estate, said: “We are pleased to be associated with what is considered to be one of the top luxury firms in Taiwan. Michael Liu’s proven skills in advising major Chinese clients will be an asset, not only in transactions within Taiwan but also in referrals throughout our global network. Additionally, given Michael’s expertise in architecture as an art form, his company is an ideal fit with the Christie’s art culture.”

The company’s stated mission includes the promotion of international architectural aesthetics to deepen the living environment and commercial space. Jubon is also dedicated to furthering luxury lifestyles through real estate, with the goal of offering the most efficient marketing team for high-end properties in the region.

“After many years of considering an association with the Christie’s brand, Jubon is delighted to see our affiliation finally come to fruition and look forward to all the benefits that come with it,” said Jubon CEO Michael Liu, who singled out the Christie’s brand’s ability to give his local listings global exposure.
