สุดยอดฝีไม้ลายมือไทยชิงแชมป์แกะสลักน้ำแข็งระดับโลก ไม่ว่าอากาศจะหนาวเพียงใด ขอเพียงใจสู้เพื่อชื่อเสียงของประเทศไทย โดยการแข่งขันในปีนี้สนับสนุนโดยโรงแรม รอยัล ออคิด เชอราตัน, สิงห์ คอเปอร์เรชั่น, โดยทีมไทยคว้ารางวัลในงานแกะสลักน้ำแข็งระดับโลกที่อลาสก้า (2014 BP World Ice Art Championships)มาได้สำเร็จตามที่คาดหมายไว้
SONGSRI, MANU OF THAILAND
Manu has participated in numerous carving competitions in Asia and won many prizes in team snow sculpture in Harbin, China including 3rd prize of team snow sculpture in year 2013 and 2nd prize of team ice sculpture in year 2011. He was the winner and award of both the best artist prize and silver medal individual ice carving competition of FHA 2008 Culinary Challenge, Singapore. He has been working at Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel, Bangkok since 1994 until present. He has followed his dream to participate and be part of 2014 BP World Ice Art Championship, Fairbanks, Alaska.
SUTAPAN, SITHICHAI OF THAILAND
Sithichai started carving ice in the five stars hotel in Bangkok 20 years ago. In 2011, he joined Manu and he won 2nd prize in the team ice sculpture, in Harbin China. Now he is the owner of a lemon farm in Thailand.
