The renowned Michelin-starred chef Henrik Yde Andersen has returned to Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, the award-winning modern Thai fine dining restaurant at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok to unveil his latest creative and innovative Thai dishes on ‘The Journey’ set menu. This new menu is available from today onwards.

The new dishes include Laksa-based ‘crab on crab cornetto,’ grilled squid, oysters tempura with miso-mayo-coco; Lobster served with kra chai and red pepper; beef massaman with potato, five spiced beef soup, DIY noodles and Flower Shop. This new set menu from Chef Henrik’s is an impressive combination of Thai dishes and ingredients with modern culinary touches. ‘The Journey’ set menu is priced at THB 3,100++ per person

Following the same concept as its sister restaurant Kiin Kiin in Copenhagen Denmark, awarded one Michelin star in 2008, Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin incorporates the art of Western cooking techniques into traditional recipes that produce unique Thai-inspired modern cuisine. With every beautifully composed food presentation the familiar flavours of original Thai dishes are maintained.
