ภาพยนตร์แนวตลก ล้อเลียนโดย Sacha Baron Cohen (จาก Borat ) เรื่องราวของจอมเผด็จการที่เอาชิวิตเข้าแลกเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ประเทศกลาย เป็นประชาธิปไตย  The Dictator ภาพยนตร์แนวตลก ล้อเลียนโดย ซาช่า บารอน โคเฮน ดาราตลกหน้าเป็นที่กำลังมาแรงจาก Borat และ Hugo เรื่องราวของจอมเผด็จการสุดแนว ที่เอาชีวิตเข้าแลก และ ทำทุกวิถีทาง (แบบป่วนๆ) เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ประเทศกลายเป็นประชาธิปไตย ความพิเศษของเรื่องคือ มีดารารับเชิญร่วมแสดงมากมาย เช่น ดาราสาวสวย เมแกน ฟ็อกซ์, เอ็ดเวิร์ด นอร์ตัน,เบน คิงสลีย์
